PRODUCT RANGE

The product range of magnetic heads from DRH include:

• Heads for MICR cheque readers, covering both E13B and CMC7 print fonts.
  
  
• A ’Mini CARD’ series of heads wherein the ’active’ tracks are encapsulated within a mumetal case for high level noise rejection - whose dimensions are the same as those for audio cassette heads.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• The CARD series of write, read and/or write-read heads utilising metal bodies for incorporation into card reader systems meeting ISO standards. This series includes 1, 2, 3 and 4-track devices. Both Mini CARD and CARD heads can operate with either LoCo ( 300 / 600 Oersted ) or / and HiCo ( 2700 /3600 Oersted ) cards or High Coercivity cards only ( 4000 Oersteds ) .
  
  
• Additionally for Long Life requirements, heads may be fitted with hard wearing ceramic wear bars or by coating head front face with Ceramic or Metal Alloy Coatings.
